Returns Overview

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.

If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, or if the product has been opened or used, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Reach out to our customer service team for the correct return address.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within  5-7 days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in cases where items:

  • Show signs of use or tampering
  • Are returned in damaged condition not due to our error
  • Are returned after the 3-day return period

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account and contact your credit card provider.
  2. Contact your bank, as some processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at corporateinfo@elder-india.com.
